Commission Introduction:
I will draw: real people, original character, fan-art, kenomomimi, slight NSFW

TERMS OF SERVICE
I. General Terms- I retain all the rights to my work in any form and you have to give proper credits.
- I have the right to decline any commission.
- I am allowed to post the artwork on my Socials unless it is wished not to.
- Same goes for streaming the process on my twitch.
- You may not: resell the artwork or claim it as your own.
Try to lower my prices.

Use it for AI training and NFT
Request massive changes when the artwork is almost finished.I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I provided.II. Payment- Payment is non-refundable and must be paid in full before the commission starts via PayPal in 1-2 weeks.
- Prices may change based on the complexity of the art.
- I still have copyright over the art and my watermark will remain.
- Rush fees start at 50% of original price and depend on the type of commission.
- You have 2 weeks, after receiving the invoice, to pay it. After the 2 weeks I will send you a reminder again.
(If you don't pay after the reminder your commission will be canceled.)III. Process- The commission may take up to 3 months to finish » priority commission will be completed within the agreed deadline
- Once the payment is complete, I will start on the sketch.
- After the sketch has been approved, I will start coloring and finishing.
- For Rigging: I will start with cleaning the art after receiving payment. After that I will start rigging.IV. Customer satisfaction- I will do my best to make the customer happy.
- There will be a max of 3 changes per commission.

- However after almost finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.

- Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free.V. Copyright/UsageAs an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.The customer is allowed to;- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only

- Print the art, and claim the rights of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright in any way, every right you had for the drawing will expire.VI. Canceling/RefundI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.** You, the client, can only cancel your order before I started to work on the commission and only if the payment has not been made yet.
(after you may not get a full refund)**- Before starting there will be a full refund.
- After the sketch it will be 70% refund from the whole price.
- Anything after will result in no refund.
-Rigging can only be refunded before I start the commission.
